Section 1 : Referral agreements-

We use umbilical cord blood‐derived stem cells:
Each vial of our stem cells is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis, approved by a qualified microbiologist. You will be issued a copy of this certificate, which will include measures of viability and purity. This includes tests done on the mother as well as the cord blood before and after culture, covering amongst others: HIV, Hepatitis B, and bacteria.
Treatment of illness/conditions: All patients are required to have a pathology report prior to starting therapy and a copy of the results to be sent to us.
Cost to Patient: $25,000 USD
Anti‐aging and general rejuvenation:
Cost to patient: $15,000 USD
Cartilage/Osteoarthritis repair:
Cost to patient: single joint = $10,000 USD, double joint = $15,000
As a referral agent you will be given a 10% commission fee for each patient you send us which has treatment with us. Payment will be paid to you within 14 days after treatment completion.
Example:
Treatment of disease/conditions: commission rate = $2500
Anti‐aging treatment: commission rate = $1500
Cartilage/osteoarthritis: commission rate: Single $1000 Double $1500
Section 2: Licensing agreements
As a licensee of Jai Communications you will be able to perform our stem cell therapy protocols at your medical centre.
We use umbilical cord blood‐derived stem cells:
Each vial of our stem cells is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis, approved by a qualified microbiologist. You will be issued a copy of this certificate, which will include measures of viability and purity. This includes tests done on the mother as well as the cord blood before and after culture, covering amongst others: HIV, Hepatitis B, and bacteria. All vials will com in the size of 5,000,000 cells and will be delivered at your medical centre within 21 days of patient confirmation.
We will supply you with additional products needed to perform each treatment.
As our licensee you will receive the following included in the setup fee: $50,000 USD
· 1x QRS machine
· 1 x Liquid nitrogen storage unit with 3 month supplied liquid nitrogen
· First patient supplies at no charge to you = required stem cell batch, stem cell growth factor/scaffold and chelation therapy product.
We will give you the following treatment sections at a 20% discounted rate of the fixed sales price.
We require full advance payment of the remaining 80% to send you all the required supplies to perform the therapy = Stem cells, stem cell growth factor/scaffolds and chelation therapy products.

After each treatment we require one of your nurses to monitor the patient for at least 1 hour. This includes recording of body temp, blood pressure and pulse. These clerking sheets will be sent to you as a template for use on
each patient on every stem cell injection day.
We will also be sending you –
A consent form which the patient must complete and sign before treatment. You will then retain the originalcopy and send us a copy for our records.
We need from you –
- Medical certification copies
- Good standing certification with local medical council
- CV
As a licensed treatment location we will include you medical centre on all our websites and press releases. We will also recommend patients to undergo treatment at your medical centre if it suits their geographic location. So we need media on your clinic, pictures, videos, etc.
As we develop new protocols and have other products on offer, we will update our licensee’s.
After an initial discussion, receipt of the documents and your wishing to go ahead we will send you out an NDA for completion and start the licensee process.
