Send a current medical report outlining the specifics of your condition. Also send any supporting documents such as MRI or CT scans. This will allow us to have more knowledge of your current medical condition and we may use these to alter certain elements of your treatment plan.
List all medications or supplements you are currently taking, including product name and dosage information.
Ask all questions you have about the therapy program, it is best to not have unanswered questions in your mind.
Confirm with us you want to move ahead with treatment.
Make payment: After confirmation you will have our treatment, we will invoice you for payment. This will be payable by direct bank transfer to our head office Standard Chartered company bank account. We require 21 days advance payment for our stem cell therapy programs. This is due to the fact we must have the specific amount and type of stem cells processed for your treatment, also the shipment of supporting stem cell growth factors.
After payment is confirmed we will ask you if there are specific treatment dates you require, if not we will assign these to you. There is no timeline of the stem cell health after production, as we store these in cryo-storage at -198 degrees; we only require a minimum of 21 days from payment to treatment.
We have corporate rate accounts with a luxury serviced apartment hotel directly opposite our medical centre; we can help you make all the hotel bookings at this end. If you wish to stay in another hotel, that is your choice, but be aware travel throughout Bangkok city is sometimes very slow.
Book your flights and ensure if needed, you have a tourist visa for travel into Thailand. (country requirements are listed on following pages)
Undergo a full blood testing pathology report and send us a copy. (this can be arranged by your GP, generally takes 48 hours for results)
Travel to Bangkok, Thailand for your confirmed treatment dates.*We advise all patients to have at least 1 day before their treatment plan starts and 2 days after completion of treatment. This allows the patient some time to relax after travel and have a couple days to prepare for the trip home.
If booking our advised accommodation, you will be met at the airport by the hotel limo service. They will transport you to the hotel, where your designated (English speaking) patient care co-ordinator will meet you. They will give you a welcome pack including daily treatment times and consent forms for signage. Each treatment day the same patient care co-ordinator will meet you at the medical centre and be there to assist you throughout. We understand travel to a foreign country is sometimes overwhelming, especially when having medical treatment. Due to this you will be given direct contact numbers for your patient care co-ordinator, medical centre reception, personal nurse and treating doctor, please don’t feel you are alone. We are here to help you during your trip.
