Paperwork expeditiously completed, rationally explained by Mr. Paul Collier, who is a key person at Jai Communications Limited (stemcells21). They were always on hand to make sure that we had all necessary info and that procedures were smoothly expedited as outlined.

Medical/nursing staff:

Medical: The treating doctor is very knowledgeable in the field of cellular medicine and the protocol is very sophisticated. He spends time talking and teaching patients about how stem cells work in our bodies.

Nursing: The nursing staff at the medical centre are delightful and the service is well organized.

Information Given:

All questions we had were answered by the treating doctor, sometimes via the readily available team at Jai Communications, who went out of their way to collect us from the airport at 1am in the morning. The complex treatment schedule was well organized and implemented efficiently.

Accommodation:

We stayed at Centre Point serviced apartments on Wireless Road, close to the medical centre. They had excellent facilities and a brilliant free breakfast every morning.

Karl continues to note less joint pain in fingers and wrists, where he received injections.  He is very happy with the dental work and might want to go back in the future.

Karl has had a good resolution of all his eye problems - scratchiness and inability to adjust to contacts, frequent changes in refraction, loss of vision in the eye that had had optic neuropathy.  He's quite pleased.
